FCC and FAA Rules concerning antenna structures are contained in the Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.). Although owners and licensees are not required to have a copy of the rules, copies of the C.F.R. may be purchased from the Government Printing Office (GPO).

Note: The FCC's Antenna Structure Registration Rules are contained in 47 C.F.R. Part 17. The FAA's Rules pertaining to obstruction notification and evaluation are contained in 14 C.F.R. Part 77.
