No-Tolerance Policy Adopted for Unregistered Antenna Structures
All existing, unregistered antenna structures that require registration under Part 17 of the Commission's Rules (47 C.F.R ยง17) must be registered immediately, or their owners may face possible monetary forfeitures or other enforcement action, the WTB (WTB) announced today.
