Before the Federal Communications Commission Washington, D.C. 20554 In the Matter of Service Rules for the 746-764 and 776- 794 MHz Bands, and Revisions to Part 27 of the Commission's Rules ) ) ) ) ) ) ) WT Docket No. 99-168 ERRATUM Adopted: March 10, 2000 Released: March 14, 2000 By the Chief, Policy Division, Wireless Telecommunications Bureau: On January 7, 2000, the Commission issued the First Report and Order in the above-referenced proceeding. The map of the geographic areas for licensing, Appendix C, incorrectly indicated the license area for the Gulf of Mexico. In order to be consistent with the text and Section 27.6(b)(2) of the Commission's implementing regulations, the map has been modified to accurately depict the lines which define the license areas: 1. the perimeter boundary is defined by the mapping data for EA176; 2. the line of demarcation between EAG3 and EAG5 is that portion of the boundary between the Western and Central Gulf Planning Areas contained within the perimeter of EA176. A corrected Appendix C is attached. ____________________________ Kris Anne Monteith Chief, Policy Division Wireless Telecommunications Bureau Service Rules for the 746-764 and 776-794 MHz Bands, and Revisions to Part 27 of the Commission's Rules, WT Docket No. 99-168, First Report and Order, FCC 00-5 (rel.
