Auction of Local Multipoint Distribution Service (LMDS) Licenses, 138 Qualified Bidders

This Public Notice identifies the 138 applicants who have been found qualified to bid in the LMDS auction and contains information about the mock auction and bidding schedule for the first three days of the auction. (On February 6, 1998, U.S. Court of Appeals denied petitions for review filed by several parties.
