This letter order denies the request of Auction No. 82 bidder Knoxville Channel 25, LLC. Knoxville Channel requested that the Commission re-evaluate the basic qualifications and "new entrant" status awarded to another Auction No. 82 bidder, Roberts Broadcasting, USA, LLC.
