WTB Provides Guidance on Eligibility for Cellular Unserved Service Area Auction

This Public Notice changes the deadline for C block licensees' submission of promissory notes and security agreements from Nov. 30 (a Saturday) to Dec. 2 (the following Monday).

This Public Notice announces comments on the Waiver of Down Payment Rules in the MDS Auction is due November 22, 1996 and reply Comments are due on November 27, 1996. The WTB now solicits comments on an additional request for waiver of the down payment requirements.

This Order sets forth the default payment and withdrawal payment obligations and procedures for National Telecom PCS, Inc., resulting from its failure to remit payment to cover both the required down payment on the license which it was the highbidder and bid withdrawal payments for two licenses in the Broadband Personal Communications Services C Block auction.
