On June 11, 1996, Mountain Solutions, Ltd., Inc. ("Mountain Solutions") filed an Emergency Application for Review of the Bureau's decision to reauction 18 defaulted broadband PCS C Block licenses for which the winning bidders failed to submit timely initial down payments. The Commission agrees with the Bureau in it's decision to reauction the 18 licensees thus denying Mountain Solutions request.
