This Public Notice seek comments on Broadband PCS C and F Block Installment Payment issues in response to requests from several PCS licensees asking the Commission to modify the payment frequency for broadband PCS C and F block licensees from quarterly to annual installments.

This Public Notice requests comment on several requests for waiver of the 7 percent interest rate imposed on C Block installment payment plan notes.

This Order dismisses as untimely 3 petitions for reconsideration of the C Block PCS Note and Security Agreement.
