The Erratum makes minor corrections to the text of the Initial Regulatory Flexibility Analysis in Appendix A of the Notice of Proposed Rule Making, FCC 99-52.

This MO&O addresses which implemented provisions of the Balanced Budget Act of 1997 expanding the Commission's competitive bidding authority, under Sections 309(j) and 309(l) of the Communications Act of 1934, 47 U.S.C. § 309(j), 309(l), to include the broadcast services.
