        SECOND ERRATUM TO NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULE MAKING

By the Chief, Auctions and Industry Analysis Division:

     This Erratum makes a minor correction to the caption of the Notice of Proposed Rule Making
(Notice) in the above-captioned proceeding, FCC 99-52, which was adopted on March 19, 1999 and
released on March 25, 1999.  The caption is corrected to add RM No. 9405, which is the file number
assigned to a Petition for Rulemaking filed on August 14, 1998, by UTC, The Telecommunications
Association, American Petroleum Institute, and the Association of American Railroads.  The
Commission noted the filing of this petition for rulemaking in a November 23, 1998, Public Notice. 
Paragraph 41 of the Notice seeks comment on a proposal included in this petition.  
 
     The Notice has not yet been published in the FCC Record.  Accordingly, the corrected caption
set forth herein shall be incorporated into the Notice prior to such publication.  This erratum will be
published in the Federal Register.
