Reference Summary Report

Reports the number of letters sent and to be sent, undeliverable letters, responses received, and incomplete responses
received. A "Response" means all call signs listed in an audit letter were addressed. An "Incomplete Response" is a partial
response to all the call signs listed in an audit letter.
NOTE: Report does not include data from the audit of Private Land Mobile Radio Service (PLMRS) licenses. See PLMRS License Audit for the data available for that audit.
Call Sign Summary Report

Reports the total number of call signs included within an audit, number of call sign audit letters sent, and the number
of call sign responses received to date for each audit.
Response Summary Report

Reports the audit responses by type (Operational, Cancelled, Operational/Delete, or Incomplete).
Cancelled Locations Maps
Each star (dot) on the map represents a location that has been cancelled during an audit. To download a text version
of the location information on a map, select the corresponding text file.
