ERRATUM EXTENDING COMMENT DEADLINE

   Released: January 10,  2002	


On December 12, 2001, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau issued a Public Notice seeking 
comment on Petitions for Reconsideration of the Commission’s decision in City of Richardson,  that were 
filed by Sprint PCS and by Cingular Wireless LLC.  To afford interested parties additional time to 
respond to these petitions, the Bureau is extending the deadline for filing comments from January 11, 
2002, to January 18, 2002.  The deadline for filing reply comments remains January 28, 2002.
