Please find enclosed a copy of the Consent to the Transfer of Control from WBS America, LLC to TDI Acquisition Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sprint Corporation, for the referenced BTA authorizations and MDS station licenses listed in Attachment A which are held by entities controlled by WBS America, LLC.  The consent is granted today, September 17, 1999.  The deadline for consummation of the assignment is 45 days from the date of grant, and the deadline for notifying the Commission of the consummation is 10 days after the date of consummation.
