     On July 21, 1999, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (Bureau) issued a Public Notice as a
supplement to the Commission's Notice of Proposed Rule Making in WT Docket No. 99-87.  In the Public
Notice the Bureau sought comment on whether the Commission should amend its licensing rules for the 800
MHz band to allow incorporation of PMRS channels into a CMRS system.  Appendix A of the Public Notice
contained a list of submissions, filed in response to Requests for Waiver submitted by Nextel
Communications, Inc., that will be incorporated into the record in WT Docket No. 99-87. 

     This erratum amends Appendix A to add an Ex Parte Presentation filed by Nextel Communications,
Inc. on February 11, 1999.
