     On March 5, 1999, the Wireless Communications Bureau released an Order denying
Mountain SMR Group, L.L.C.'s Petition for Reconsideration and For Special Relief.  The
delegated authority number contained in the Order was incorrectly stated as DA 98-378.  The
correct delegated authority number is DA 99-469.
