           Bidder Information Seminar Change of Venue
                                                               

     There is a change of venue for the April 21, 1999 Bidder Information Seminar ("Seminar")
for the Phase II 220 MHz Service Spectrum Auction (Auction No. 24).  The Seminar, which
originally was scheduled to be held at the Park Hyatt, 1201 24th Street, NW, Washington, DC,
will now be held at the Federal Communications Commission, 445 12th Street, SW, Washington,
DC, in Room 8-C-245.  

     Registration for the seminar will begin at 9 a.m, and the seminar will run from
10 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

     The auction will commence on June 8, 1999 as originally scheduled.  In addition, all of the
     Pre-Auction deadlines remain in effect:

Short Form Application (FCC Form 175). . . .  . . May 10, 1999; 5:30 p.m. ET
Upfront Payments (via wire transfer).. . . . May 24, 1999; 6:00 p.m. ET
Orders for Remote Bidding Software  .May 25, 1999
