Logging into ULS
To begin using ULS for electronic filing, click the Online Filing button from the ULS Home page, and follow the steps below:

On the ULS License Manager Login page, enter your FCC registration number (FRN) and your CORES password. Then press
Submit. If you have multiple FRNs, make sure you login with the FRN to which you want this license associated. If you need to determine
the FRNs associated with existing licenses, search by call sign in ULS License Search. Your FRN will appear on the License Search results page.
Please Note: Taxpayer Identification Numbers(TINs) may no longer be used to login to ULS, effective December 14,2003.
OR
If you are a new applicant and have not registered with ULS or CORES, choose the link at the bottom of the page labeled
CORES. The CORES confirmation page will display your FRN. Print this page for your records. Under the heading titled "To continue
on to another FCC Filing system," choose ULS.
Note: If you receive the error message "Invalid FRN or Password," you have either entered your FRN or password incorrectly, or
you have not yet registered in CORES. Click the OK button. If you have registered, re-enter your FRN and your CORES password.
If you have not registered, click the CORES link to receive an FRN and choose a password.

After you have entered your FRN and password correctly, you will enter the ULS License Manager. For more assistance,
click the Help button in the top right corner of the ULS License Manager.
